Why this job matters

This role will be supporting initiatives across the billing transformation programme.  You will be working on large billing change projects and programmes to design and implement billing processes in order to drive benefits for BT Business through operational performance, customer and colleague experience.  Driving enhanced collaboration, innovation and commercial outcomes. We need to work cross functionally to deliver improvements to both existing processes and future solutions. 

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting with billing improvement projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance performance improvement.
• Support activities in road mapping and roll-out planning, assisting project teams to create implementation approaches.
• Supports projects by helping with planning, execution, engagement and documentation.
• Act as a Champion for billing transformation programme throughout the business to support a culture of collaborative problem solving.
