Salary range £36,400 to £44,500 plus performance related bonus

We’re looking for an exceptional Store Leader to shape and grow a brilliant team.  You’ll lead with integrity and build trust in our brilliant brand to bring to life a personal, simple and brilliant customer experience in every conversation. You’ll bring your passion for delivering results through people, and experience of leading change in a Retail environment. 

What you’ll do: 

• As a Store Leader you will lead the in-store team, and work as part of a regional team, to consistently deliver a balanced business across customer, People, Finance & Trade and Operations 

• You'll bring to life a Personal, Simple and Brilliant customer experience 

• For your people you’ll create a brilliant colleague experience, building team capability and engagement, managing the evolution of EE from a phone store to a true digital retailer selling connectivity 

• Lead change and play an active role in your Regional Leadership Team 

• Contribute to sustainable business success using your time effectively to deliver customer and commercial KPI’s all whilst maintaining the operational excellence of your store 

You’ll definitely: 

• Have a track record of inspirational leadership in a large/high-profile store across a diverse range of experience and backgrounds 

• Demonstrate a history of leading large teams in a customer facing environment to achieve brilliant service and commercial results 

• Hold a growth mindset, able to demonstrate where you've built a culture of continuous improvement 

• Have excellent coaching and development skills
