Associate Area Revenue Manager UK

Mission: To support the Area Revenue Manager UK in the implementation of strategies to maximize revenues and profit contribution in Bedrooms, Group & Event and Apartments for all 6 UK hotels + pipeline.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a consistent selling strategy across all reservations systems ensuring maximum use of availability controls.

  • Present and recommend future strategies to Market Segment Leaders during the weekly Revenue meeting.

  • Conduct appropriate studies, make evaluative decisions and recommend courses of action to develop initiatives that would advance the interests of the Hotel.

  • Remain fully conversant with the uses & applications of all systems relating to revenue management

  • Manage the portfolio pricing strategy by market segment, following the MHI pricing practices deck, and ensuring the right positioning of the Hotels in the Market.

 

 

What we are looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management

  • Knowledge and experience in Pricing, Forecastin​​​​​​​g, Benchmarking.

  • Knowledge of Opera, Switch, Duetto will be valued.

  • Knowledge of SAP/AFO.

  • English (Written and Spoken). Spanish and Italian will be valued
