Associate Area Revenue Manager UK
Mission: To support the Area Revenue Manager UK in the implementation of strategies to maximize revenues and profit contribution in Bedrooms, Group & Event and Apartments for all 6 UK hotels + pipeline.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Maintain a consistent selling strategy across all reservations systems ensuring maximum use of availability controls.

Present and recommend future strategies to Market Segment Leaders during the weekly Revenue meeting.

Conduct appropriate studies, make evaluative decisions and recommend courses of action to develop initiatives that would advance the interests of the Hotel.

Remain fully conversant with the uses & applications of all systems relating to revenue management
-
Manage the portfolio pricing strategy by market segment, following the MHI pricing practices deck, and ensuring the right positioning of the Hotels in the Market.
What we are looking for?

Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management

Knowledge and experience in Pricing, Forecasting, Benchmarking.

Knowledge of Opera, Switch, Duetto will be valued.

Knowledge of SAP/AFO.

English (Written and Spoken). Spanish and Italian will be valued
