To support our growth we are looking for a HR Advisor specialising in Learning and Development to support our learning needs and engagement in the UK & Ireland and also supporting the European business.
Reporting to the Team Manager for Performance & Development the candidate will be joining other learning and development specialists within a diverse European HR team. The candidate will be home-based but should ideally located in Lincolnshire/Yorkshire to collaborate with local colleagues on a regular basis.
The dynamic nature of this role requires a forward thinking and pro-active individual, who can work autonomously and who is passionate about Learning & Development to drive the L&D agenda for our European business.
