As the Learning Experiences Designer Lead, you’ll create innovative, engaging content and be responsible for fostering a dynamic learning environment to support our Modern Luxury retail strategy .

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and effective learning solutions that support Modern Luxury Retail Strategy. 
• Lead, design, deliver and support an innovative storytelling solution which reaches a broad and diverse range of audiences and demographics
• Infuse storytelling elements into curriculum design to create immersive, learner-centric and engaging learning experiences to our Retail Network
• Continuously evaluate and enhance storytelling techniques for optimize impact on the learner experience as well as reacting quickly to short-term needs
• Recommend changes to content or delivery methods, based on information such as instructional effectiveness, data, current or future performance requirements, feasibility, or other factors
• Working with HOBs, ensure consistency in tone, terminology, image and messaging across all learning materials to our Retail Network
• Working effectively with colleagues across the team to deliver multiple learning projects to time, cost and quality 
• Research and stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in learning design 
• Ensure effective processes are in place to manage, contract and communicate with external suppliers 
• Identify and implement the most suitable learning solutions to meet diverse learning needs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
 
As the Learning Experiences Designer Lead, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design and copywriting
• Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective learning solutions 
• Excellent creative writing skills and a keen eye for detail
• Technical knowledge of a range of learning management systems and platforms
• Excellent communication and collaborations skills 
• Experience of working with external suppliers 
• Organised, delivering consistently and collaboratively under pressure
• Ability to analyse learner feedback and continuously improve learning materials
