In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of service times, Menu Pricing/RBoM (Repair Bill of Material) documents and any change requests raised for the Workshop Manual.
Working through the life cycle of the vehicle (from job 1 to end of life), the Change Request Author will create Service Times & Menu Pricing/RBoM documents to deliver the technician a full end to end repair experience. These documents also give the retailer an efficiency improvement as the part numbers and SRO information from the document are then passed through to the warranty system. The Change Request Author will also be responsible for supporting the creation of service checksheet documents.
The primary aims of the Change Request Author are customer satisfaction, warranty cost reduction, improving retailers’ efficiency to improve product reputation and ensure future business success for JLR.
The role will provide the successful candidate with an exciting opportunity to experience whole vehicle knowledge and provide exposure to key areas that can drive changes to improve vehicle repair & serviceability.
