Position overview

Interested in delving into the intricacies of Planning within the world's foremost industrial coating resins company? As a Distribution Replenishment Planner, you'll be entrusted with overseeing replenishment planning and maintaining agreed-upon inventory levels for LRA warehouses across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Your primary objective will be to ensure the provision of requisite service levels to both customers and operations.

At allnex, we're in search of a motivated, self-organized specialist to enhance our team. If you possess experience in logistics or supply chain management coupled with a customer-centric approach, we eagerly anticipate receiving your application!

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio’s replenishment planning and inventory for our third-party warehouses across North America.
• Utilize ERP and other resources to analyze data, drive supply improvement and to monitor supply chain health in alignment with product management and planning leadership.
• Act on slow, obsolete and off grade inventory and obtain necessary approvals to return excess inventory or disposals / write-offs / eliminations
• Coordinate with quality teams at various sourcing sites across the globe to ensure that all non-valued and valued material re-qualifications are completed timely (prior to products’ expiration date). Audit data to ensure shelf life information is correctly updated in various ERP systems and transactions.  Where requalification is not possible, own the migration of stock to the appropriate stock disposition.
• Comply with Company health, safety and environmental policies.
• Provide regular reporting as requested to the regional planning lead or regional SC director.

Required skills and experience

• Experience of 3 years minimum in logistics / supply chain.
• SAP strong hands-on knowledge.
• Experience with Hazmats handling, transportation.
• Consistently exhibits customer focus and positive results oriented attitude that promotes teamwork with peers, business units, customer service and other support areas.
• Capable of working autonomosly and excellent problem solving skills.
• Fluent English is Required. 

Qualifications

• Preferred BA Logistics or other Supply chain discipline.

OR

• 4 years of applied work experience.
