Here at GXO Warrington, we’re looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team at Iceland Food warehouse. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, 37.5 hours per week. This role requires you to work both day shift and night shift therefore flexibility is required. Working hours are Tuesday to Thursday covering the hours of 20:00 to 04:00 and Saturday and Sunday, covering the hours of 07:00 to 12:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Support with all food preparation activities
• Play a pivotal part in ensuring that all health & safety standards are followed
• Replenish any counters
• Ensure all hygiene tasks are completed to a high standard

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a similar role
• An understanding of food safety standards (HACCAP)
• Flexible in your approach – there may be an opportunity for overtime!
• Excellent customer service skills
