About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR professional to join our Regional HR Team and business partner with our dynamic and vibrant marketing department. This is the perfect role for individuals who are keen to learn and contribute to our business mission, delight customers with amazing products and loved brands.

The HR Business Partner acts as the main focal point for HR processes and procedures by ensuring governance throughout them and works effectively with centers of expertise and. Contributes to shaping the strategy to create a safe working environment and to ensure an adequate level of productivity and employee engagement and at the same time maintaining a strong control on OVH costs.

Ensures the proper execution of all the business hiring related activities, management, development and training of people, according to department needs, Region HR and Group HR&OI guidelines.

The HRBP is also accountable for the employees relations within the assigned scope. Involvement in cross functional projects or streams of work is also expected.

Main Responsibilities:

Who we are looking for:

Work closely with Marketing Teams ensuring solid business knowledge so to effectively support the people strategy. Activate the Centers of Expertise as of when required and work with them to implement Group or Regional initiatives.
Is responsible for workforce planning and its implementation, giving insight on appropriate time frames, targeted profiles, and any other relevant HR-related issues in partnership with the business and recruitment. Identify, along with managers, talents, and key resources
Implement human resource policies and procedures and support the communication/application.

Work closely with the management on the deployment of key HR processes: OVH Budgeting, Talent Review, Performance Evaluation & Management Review, Engagement Survey.

Actively collaborates in transversal streams of work or ad hoc initiatives/projects.

 

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Advise and support managers in dealing with employee relations activities and is actively involved where appropriate to address any issue related to performance, absences, incidents/accidents, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, as well as redundancy

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Identify learning and development needs to drive and improve business performance and activates the related Centre of Expertise
Implement existing learning and development initiatives that support the overall business priorities
Educate and support managers in all aspects of performance management, people development

RECRUITMENT
Manage recruitment (in collaboration with the recruitment team) / hiring activities and internal / international mobility, to support line Management in identifying candidates fitting with Company values and business needs

ORGANISATION
Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of the organisational structures with respect to the OVH targets
Identify organisational development opportunities and collaborate with the related Centre of Expertise (O&I)
Is responsible for review and update of Job Description and cooperates with the Organisation Department, to perform organisational analysis
Ensure that changes are properly communicated and understood, according to Group guidelines (Organisational Announcements)

Experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner preferably in companies in FMCG, Retail or pharma sectors
Previous experience in working with a global, fast moving, commercially focused organisation and a matrix model
We look for candidates with a structured mindset, excellent communication skills, very advanced powepoint and excel skills, previous Project Management Experience
