The Brand Marketing Manager role is ideal for those with a deep-rooted enthusiasm for data and analytical tasks. We're in search of candidates who are proficient in Excel, comfortable with utilising it daily, and passionate about bringing data-driven insights to life.

Main Responsibilities:

In the Brand Marketing Internship, you will engage in a diverse set of responsibilities that are vital for promoting brand growth and visibility. Your role includes the continuous tracking and analysis of brand performance, focusing on sales and brand equity, alongside reporting these insights. Additionally, you will monitor competitors' activities across Nielsen & Kantar platforms, paying particular attention to new product launches (NPDs), ensuring our brand remains ambitious and innovative.

Collaboration is a key part of this role, as you will work across various departments to facilitate brand progress and contribute to the development and refinement of packaging artwork and brand images. Your involvement will also extend to facilitating the management of social media activities, playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our brand's digital presence.

You will also be tasked with assisting the team in creating presentations, pulling relevant data, and managing workflows that will be presented to senior management throughout the year. Working closely with the e-commerce team will be essential to ensure updates on SKUs are accurately reflected, and our online presence is consistently strong and engaging. Additionally, you will assist in setting up main events, including sales presentations and seasonal NPD workshops, in collaboration with both the sales and global teams.

This internship offers the unique opportunity to observe and participate in projects that directly contribute to the brand's value. You will have the chance to attend company-wide business updates and presentations, providing a comprehensive understanding of the company's visionary direction and achievements, enhancing your learning experience and professional development in brand marketing.

Who we are looking for:

We are in search of someone with a deep enthusiasm for marketing and a keen interest in brand and market development. The ideal candidate will possess an eagerness for learning and self-improvement, along with the capability to produce work of exceptional quality and precision, even under tight deadlines.

An avid interest in the consumer goods industry, with a particular fondness for chocolate or confectionery, will serve you well. We are in search of individuals who excel in leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills, and who are distinguished by their outstanding communication and collaborative abilities. We're eager to encompass recent graduates, individuals on a gap year, and final-year students who are on their path to earning a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.

You should be proactive, capable of efficiently managing and prioritising your tasks, and able to work autonomously while also drawing on the support and collaboration of the broader team.

The selection process is consists of three stages. 

  1. Telephone Interviews April 2024 
  2. Testing phase during that last week of April
  3. Assessment Center will take place May 2024  


Anticipated start date 2nd September and will be for 12 months.
