In the role of Commercial Planning intern, you'll need a keen interest in data and numerical analysis. We're looking for applicants who are not only proficient in Excel but also comfortable using it daily as part of their toolkit.
Main Responsibilities:
As the Commercial Planning Intern at Ferrero, you will play a crucial role in optimising sales strategies through detailed analysis and insights. Your main responsibility will involve delving into sales performance data, identifying trends, and converting this raw data into meaningful insights that can drive decision-making processes. This task is vital for understanding market dynamics and enhancing Ferrero's competitive edge.
Additionally, you will manage and disseminate regular reports across the business, ensuring that all departments have access to the latest sales information. This responsibility not only requires precision but also a keen eye for detail to maintain the integrity of data shared within Ferrero
Another key aspect of your role involves maintaining the accuracy and relevance of data within our internal sales databases. By ensuring these databases are up-to-date, you will support the seamless flow of information that is critical for the day-to-day operations of the sales teams.
Also be a part and explore opportunities for report automation, utilising tools such as Excel and PowerBI. This will involve identifying processes that can be enhanced through automation, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing the time spent on manual data management. Your contribution will be instrumental in streamlining reporting processes, making data analysis more efficient and accessible.
Lastly, you will have the opportunity to support ad-hoc projects across the commercial and marketing teams. This part of the role allows for a broader understanding of Ferrero's operations, providing you with a well-rounded internship experience that encompasses various facets of the business.

Who we are looking for:
You'll thrive in this role if you're self-driven and proactive, possessing standout communication and analytical capabilities, along with the independence to tackle complex assignments. Your adeptness to organising your tasks efficiently and your collaborative spirit will be essential for success in this internship. Have a good working knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel ( including ability to create Pivot Tables), knowledge of PowerBI will be a valuable advantage.

- Telephone Interviews April 2024
- Testing phase during that last week of April
- Assessment Center will take place May 2024
