About the Role
The Business Director is a senior role within the PHD UK client leadership team, responsible for leading the strategic client leadership across SKODA and VW Commercial Vehicles within the VWG group, one of the world's largest automotive companies. The Business Director will work closely with the client, the internal team, and media partners to deliver innovative and effective media solutions that drive business results.

About You
As a well-established and highly functioning team, we are looking for prior experience in leading a large and matrixed client and team.
As an established team leader, you must have a proven track record of delivering successful media campaigns that meet or exceed client goals and expectations. Know how to work with large multi-stakeholder clients and are comfortable in driving forward strategic priorities on performance initiatives and well as brand. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence and credibility to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. Above all, we value human connection, and strong interpersonal skills are a must.
