About the role

We have a great opportunity for a People Services Executive to join our amazing team.  This is an exciting time to join the People team, as we are currently embarking on the setting up of a newly formed HR shared services team (People Services Hub). 

This position will be reporting into the People Services Team Leader and offers hybrid remote working with 2-3 days a week in the office.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of HR services across the organisation.

About you

You will have solid experience in HR employee lifecycle transaction processing, providing employee support, and have exposure to HR shared services operations.  You will have used and be confident in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.  With a strong attention to detail and data accuracy and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   You will have proficiency in problem-solving and possess an analytical approach. 

This role sits within our central service team so this will suit someone who has a customer-focussed attitude with a commitment to delivering high quality service and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
