DRUM are looking for a dynamic Junior Project Manager, to deliver complex and ambitious campaigns, across a wide range of clients and disciplines. 
 

The Junor Project Manager role at DRUM is a key role within the Client Services team – which sits at the heart of the agency and is instrumental in delivering ambitious creative solutions for clients. We are looking for someone who can very quickly hit the ground running, building strong relationships with clients, our media agencies, external partners and internal teams. As we are often doing things for the first time, we are looking for a steady hand to deliver our campaigns with ambition to deliver brilliant work, while ensuring projects are delivered to the brief, on time and to budget. 

The role will report into a Project Director at DRUM and support Senior Account Directors and Business directors from a day-to-day project management perspective.

The role requires coordinating the efforts of team members and third parties to ensure that the project delivers as agreed upfront. While keeping internal and external parties up to speed and aware of process, timings, deadlines etc, so an ability to multi-task and excellent attention to detail are critical. 

The ideal candidate will have, among other attributes: 

• Previous agency or media partner experience in a project management role.

• An understanding of different media and marketing channels

• Proven record of delivering multi-channel campaigns. 

• Confident, clear, and concise communication style (both written and verbal).

• High emotional intelligence, to be able to work well with individuals from different backgrounds and with differing objectives.

• Ability to work within multi-discipline teams, agency-wide, in a collaborative way

• Ability to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines, when under pressure.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, and impeccable attention to detail

• A strong interest in culture, professionally and personally
