Global Ad Operations Director - FTC at Omnicom Media Group

THE ROLE

PHD Global needs short-term (Minimum two–months) support to deliver a client audit project which is specialised within Ad Ops and Platform operations.

 

The aim of the role is to analyse cross-market data and provide insights and recommendations of future projects based on the priority and impact that they will have on the client.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 

This role includes but is not limited to the below areas:

  • Pick up project management and delivery of client Tag and Platform Audit.
  • Present the Audit Project to the client.
  • Manage a team of two to help deliver the project.

 

Tag and Account (Platform) Audit

  • Familiarise and understand project scope and delivery expectations.
  • Review master documents of collected tag and account data to identify gaps from individual markets based on desired output expectations.
  • Review current skeleton deck and format and ensure that the audit is able to answer the answers that are posed.
  • Expectations of delivery will be for this role to utilise their experience and technical knowledge to summarise vast amount of tag and platform structure data across EMEA and:
    • Summarise markets by market summaries i.e. what is the helicopter view of this audit.
    • Identify insights and areas of interest to spark further discussion or projects. This will be in the format of a prioritisation grid of importance and business impact for the client.

 

Present the Audit to the Client

  • The expectations of this role will not only be able to create an audit document with analysis and clear priorities as next steps, but to also present this to the client.
  • The presentation will be in the form of a video (Teams) or in person meeting via PowerPoint.
  • There will also likely be a series of follow-up meetings to discuss the proposed priorities that have been identified within the document.

 

Management of a team of two

  • Supporting this role will be two full-time FTEs at Manager and Analyst level.
  • These roles are to support with data collection and client and scope context along with any market guidance.
  • Part of this role will also support any wider tasks that the team have and provide guidance where appropriate.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience with Ad Ops systems and processes
  • Experience liaising with and managing multiple stakeholders across complex team structures.
  • Excellent knowledge of CM360 and optimal account structure
  • Excellent understanding of GTM taxonomy / best practice processes
  • Excellent understanding of Floodlights
  • Strong understanding of digital buying platforms, especially Meta and DV360
  • Have strong communication, listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent numerical skills and confidence analysing data using Excel
  • Be responsive to feedback
  • Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong spoken & written English
  • Be a proactive self-starter with good knowledge of digital marketing principles.
  • Have a passion for learning new things.
  • Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
