About the Role

As the Operations Manager you will play a critical role within the client team to ensure we are delivering operational excellence in the UK for OMD’s biggest client. Whilst this role is about delivering operational and financial best practice, it’s also about making the client experience of OMD as efficient and stress-free as possible.
Under the guidance of the Operations Lead you will be the day to day lead across our financial process and delivery.
As a member of the Client Operations team you will help ensure best practice on Commercial Consistency is upheld across the team and throughout the agency.
We want you to bring some creative thinking to solving bottle necks and process niggles, so that we can all benefit from more time for great thinking and great work. This will includes working closely with members of OMD UK’s ATOM team (Automation, Technology, Operations and Measurement) to find ways to automate manual processes. Your role will be a blend of troubleshooting issues, creating new ideas and building a strong rapport with both internal teams and key clients.
