We are looking for a highly motived and experienced broker facing professional to lead and optimise our Allianz Commercial Mid Market South trading profile and visibility based out of Southampton, to provide the highest possible professional reputation in broker management. You will report directly to the Regional Distribution Manager for South, as well as alignment to Chelmsford branch leadership team to deliver in partnership the distribution and wider regional strategy
This is a hybrid role combining working from home with time in our Chelmsford office (3 days per week in the office or out in the market)
