The Royal Caribbean Group’s Digital Product team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Manager, Digital Product Design reporting to the Director, Digital Product Design.

This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Product Design to lead our digital department’s design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, a collaborative spirit, and a proven track record of leadership and mentorship in the realm of product design for world-class brands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented product designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer experience to define and execute the digital product design strategy.
• Drive the end-to-end product design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring high- quality and user-centered design solutions.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to design, leveraging data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions.
• Establish and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products and platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital product design, and apply insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading in product design, with a focus on digital products and native iOS and Android platforms.
• Proven track record of leadership and mentorship, with experience managing and developing high-performing design teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects and solutions for world-class brands.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a relentless pursuit of excellence
