About the job
As part of this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the North American sales team and the local market representatives. You’ll have the chance to make a significant impact on our business and actively contribute to our ambitious growth objectives. Your direct support will help the Sales team achieve their sales goals while maintaining the company’s high standards.
We are looking for a highly motivated colleague with an agile mindset to become part of our Sales team based in Smyrna (TE). Your supervisor will be the Regional Sales Manager for our division Home Solutions.
You will be part of our Graduate and Early Career Program (GEC) of 18 months, which enables you to:
Deliver meaningful projects with impact on our local and global business – from the very beginning
Own responsibilities and challenging projects for you to accelerate your professional development and personal growth
Enjoy the opportunity to influence stakeholders, bringing strategic thinking and creativity into play to challenge the status quo, with exposure to senior leadership
Take on more responsibility after successful completion of the program, either in your current team, or in a different function/division/location based on your performance and available opportunities
Your tasks
This position is responsible for the coordination and detailed execution of inside sales and administrative functions
Directly manage specified direct and indirect customer accounts within defined territory utilizing Franke Account Management Best Practices
Provide sales and product training, display support, product support, marketing and other support as needed
Manage quoted project pipeline for New England Region with supervision of RSM
Correctly identify which customer needs are to be met by other Franke teams (Coffee Systems, Marketing, Logistics) and work with internal teams to drive solutions
Collaborate with RSM and local market representatives to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
Maintain customer CRM database in conjunction with field representatives
Utilize digital resources and communications at a high level to maximize customer impact
This role offers <20% travel
Reliable attendance is a must
Requirements
You have completed your Master’s degree in Business Administration
You have gained your first working experience (max 2 years)
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite, other languages are an asset
You demonstrate genuine interest in our business and are eager to discover and learn about different functions and roles within Franke
You can manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills
You are a positive individual and a team player and an agile learner
You are willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone
You are excited about being part of a global team and turning ideas into action
You are proactive and you have a learning and committed mindset
