About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in our department Customer Service – Marine (IBAU3) at our location in Dubai.
What you can look forward to as a Customer Service Executive (m/f/d) - Order Management:
- Professionally handle all incoming customer enquiries (by Tel/Email), through swift offering and ordering process through Navision
- Professionally greet customers and support with daily sales administration as and when required.
- Independent generation and update of Request for Quotation list (RFQ), Sales Quotations, Order Confirmations, Proforma Invoices, and Invoices.
- Coordination / follow up with our factories / suppliers in processing the purchase orders, reviewing order confirmations, Shipping documents etc. as necessary.
- Coordination with freight forwarders / transporters as necessary to ensure timely shipment of materials.
- Pro-actively inform all customers about delivery time updates or delays, close co-ordination with logistics team is expected.
- Provide pricing support via analyzing market trends, cross references etc. and maintain detailed record to evaluate future market trends when necessary.
Your Profile as a Customer Service Executive (m/f/d) - Order Management:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar with at least 2-3 years of sales support experience; basic understanding of Automotive/ Marine spare parts industry will be added advantage.
- Work experience in order management including logistics
- Ready to take responsibility, ownership and drive high levels of individual performance management.
- Manages constructive feedback positively and handles pressure with ease.
- Communicates effectively and clearly with all departments, branches & support systems.
- Ability to work independently. Displays mastery of subject matter with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and preferred Arabic language skills.
