What you’ll do

Reporting into the B2C Operations Manager you will be responsible for a world class consumer and employee experience by ensuring excellent training and development for our B2C Operations Consultants, and the central point of contact between the process owners and market.

A successful candidate would be an analytically minded individual who is has exceptional communication skills and is able to build strong working relationships at all levels within the business.  They will have fantastic attention to detail and an agile approach to work to keep up with the fast-paced and ever evolving nature of the department. 

 

Your key deliverables will include:

  • Secure local training of the fleet team
  • Onboarding of new agents (key message is that onboarding of new agents is done in the local FDR team and not dependent on POs, exact set-up may vary between the markets)
  • Coordinate and schedule local training sessions where needed in collaboration with POs
  • Inform and where needed train agents on smaller process changes and new releases (done in collaboration with POs)
  • Act as the key contact person in the respective markets for the POs
  • Coordinate training activities with CRC where needed
  • Being a subject matter expert in all Fleet related systems and processes (e.g. SalesForce and Miles) used within Fleet Operations
  • Contribute to product development by providing operational and local requirements on development on new processes
  • Identify training needs and knowledge gaps based on continuous quality assurance
  • Proactively identify knowledge needs and gaps in FAQs and Knowledge Articles

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong IT skills particularly MS office, Power BI and other order management software applications
  • Previous experience from Fleet Operations and/or process training
  • Previous experience from an agile way of working
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Analytical and self-driven person with inspirational and motivating appearance
  • Positive attitude towards managing multiple projects effectively
  • Great focus and attention to detail
  • Adaptable to new challenges and responsibilities
  • Very good team working skills and networking ability
  • Readiness to commit oneself, flexible and geared towards customers and their experience
