Job Purpose 
We will look to you to implement the strategic ambition for independent online retailers as well as take responsibility for the account management of Screwfix.

Job Responsibilities 
•    Work collaboratively to prepare & implement account specific strategies.
•    Oversee client contact strategy.
•    Take responsibility for delivering Value through standard Account P&L A&P Budget management.
•    Identify opportunities to refine business processes.
•    Build strong customer relationships & customer business understanding.
•    Manage financials including account P&L, Fixed Costs, R&A`s, GIV & Margin.
•    Develop appropriate supply chain strategies to maximise in-store availability/growth.
•    Nurture close cross functional collaboration with colleagues throughout AkzoNobel.

Job Requirements 
•    University degree or education to A level standard or equivalent.
•    Extensive & proven commercial knowledge in sales.
•    Financially astute.
•    Full driving licence.
•    Understanding of end user, retailer & trade needs
•    Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
•    Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
