Job Purpose 
Working in our Powder Coatings business, our role will be to take responsibility for driving sales growth and profitability for our high performing Interpon brand in your designated territory.

Job Responsibilities 
•    Actively manage & develop key accounts to generate business growth.
•    Identify and onboard new accounts.
•    Develop strong working relationships with colleagues & external customers.
•    Create & implement contact strategies.
•    Build a clear understanding of customer objectives & KPI’s.
•    Develop a strong technical understanding of our product range in order to understand customer needs & provide technical guidance to strengthen our offer.
•    Help resolve customer disputes.
•    Produce regular performance reporting.

Job Requirements 
•    Experience as a successful sales professional.
•    Experience in Coatings
•    Record of delivering consistent profitable sales growth within a fast-paced environment.
•    Comfortable developing sales plans & creating contact strategies.
•    Good at monitoring effectiveness and providing management reporting.
•    Familiar with using CRM systems.
