Job Purpose
You will develop and maintain the tools & services that enable Dulux Trade to be the paint brand that is easiest to choose and use for professional audiences.
Job Responsibilities
• Build an in-depth knowledge of key professional audiences.
• Build an understanding of the key insights that drive their interactions with paint brands.
• Manage & develop a suite of digital tools & services that are used by Professional audiences.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams so that information and insights can be shared and received.
• Collaborate with regional EMEA marketing colleagues to develop shared assets.
• Lead cross-functional internal project teams to improve the tools & services on offer.
• Responsible for tracking the Trade Services KPIs & produce regular reports.
• Make recommendations for continuous improvement activities.
• Manage a digital agency to execute development sprints and a PR agency to support key projects
Job Requirements
• Graduate calibre
• Experience in B to B / B to C services in a customer facing role.
• Excellent communication, influencing & interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable managing external supplier partners.

• Some experience working within a matrix organisation structure.
• Good at building relationships.
• Experience gained in the home improvement or construction industry
