Demand Planner/Analyst

Job Purpose 
Your role will be to support business decision making by gathering & critiquing data to identify customer requirements and produce accurate production forecasts.

Job Responsibilities 
•    Produce accurate/detailed forecasts to support the Integrated Business Planning process. 
•    Accurately reflect customer plans across key metrics.
•    Challenge & manage the assumptions used in the sales forecast.
•    Use learnings to improve future performance.
•    Monitor performance to forecast & lead discussions to tackle the issues as they arise.
•    Understand the impact of changes in the forecast on the wider business & keep Marketing/Finance/Supply chain informed of any changes.
•    Manage, interrogate & take learnings from abnormal customer demands to inform decision making.
•    Gain Customer expertise & liaise directly with customers to understand their future business plans/activities.

Job Requirements 
•    Graduate calibre.
•    Experience working in the Demand / Supply chain function or similar role.
•    Used to working with business systems, such as SAP & BI.
•    Familiar with constructing/maintaining forecasts.
