The Repair Specialist serves as an experienced lead for assigned mobile unit/region or may travel to support multiple mobile units and/or repair location teams (RS Travel).
Role works with other mobile unit or location assigned technicians to assist in managing workflow and address the day-to-day Customer needs.
Repairs surgical instrumentation, provides coaching and on the job training to techs, and ensures daily operations (Safety, Mobile unit operations and Customer requirements) are performed effectively. This includes Customer administrative/contractual requirements including billing, quality assurance, reporting) and other duties as assigned to support the Manager Field Operations when needed.
This role anticipates and acts to reduce Customer and employee issues are resolved with positive outcomes. Intermediate to Advanced level repairs and maintenance of surgical instruments and on the job coaching to upskill and inspect others work.
