The position is responsible for supporting sales onboarding and learning for Global Sales, Regional Sales, Remote Sales Services and Operations Support. The position will support seller effectiveness in the market and assist the global sales organization with driving overall contribution.
In addition, the position will support hotel initiatives to drive owner engagement and assist hotels with driving revenue to their hotels.
Global Sales & Remotes Sales Services Training
Position will support New Hire Onboarding through the following but not limited to:
Hotel Engagement
Position will be the point of contact for all sales training requests by the field to include but not limited to HMP, Brand Meetings, FAC Meetings, Boot Camps etc. Position will note the request and work with Senior Manager to ensure the correct content is created and shared with the teams.
In addition, this role will support the hotels with the bi-monthly Property Showcase. This would include the scheduling of hotels, working with the hotels on the property presentations and executing the call for the Global Sales Team.
Position will also coordinate the bi-monthly communications & webinars to hotels that are new to the Wyndham Family or have a new General Manager/Sales Person. These share information on the sales tools, programs, and products to support hotels in driving revenue. Communication also includes tips on how to respond to Sales Leads in Wyndham Community, train the front desk on Wyndham Direct and Hotel Sales Services (HSS)
Sales System Management
Position will support the license assignment, monthly usage reports and management of sales systems to include but not limited to:
Project Management
Partner with leadership to plan, organize, and coordinate projects as requested.
