Project Overview

The Bechtel Energy global business unit was created in July 2004 to serve all aspects of the hydrocarbon industry, consolidating the previous Petroleum & Chemical, Pipeline, and Industrial business lines.

Today, our colleague's team with customers, partners, and suppliers on diverse projects in nearly 40 countries. The candidate will serve as a Reports Coordinator on the Port Arthur LNG project. The work location is Port Arthur, TX.

Position Summary

The Reports Coordinator will be responsible for gathering and preparing report out information for various aspects of project performance.  This is a dynamic role working with multiple disciplines throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains various project reports 
• Develops graphs and narratives for management information and for customer communications
• Will require multi-tasking abilities
• Candidate will be responsible for communicating reports to various stakeholders on and off project 

Qualifications and Skills

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree is required
• Strong Computer skills including microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, and vizio
• Basic level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes, as performed by Bechtel.

Additional Qualifications

• Skilled in oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, direct, perform, review, and present reports independently with minimal supervision.
