BMW Retailer Performance Centre Manager

The BMW RPC Manager acts as a conduit between the Area Managers, the Retailer Network and BMW UK. They provide targeted support and data insights to key stakeholders whilst always working to maximise BMW UK’s sales result.

  • Manage external relationships with Retailer Network working alongside Area Managers to provide data insights and targeted support in line with BMW Group’s objectives.
  • Proactively provide insights and analysis to the Retailer Network and internal stakeholders to drive overall sales performance.
  • Identify trends in best practise actively sharing these with wider National Sales Team and the Retailer Network where appropriate.
  • Analysis, identification and reporting of key issues from reviewing Retailer KPI’s to enable the Area Managers to support Retailer’s performance through action planning and performance management.
  • Manage relationships with respective BMW Financial Services and Alphabet colleagues to maintain consistency across BMW Group.

Skills & Experience

  • A successful track record across multiple disciplines such as sales, marketing & finance.
  • Budget management and financial skills required.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels – written and verbal.
  • Adept in working to strict deadlines and under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional accuracy.
  • Able to constantly challenge processes and normal business practices.
