B2B Hub Manager – Severn Beach
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm 40 Hours
Salary: £25355.20

Do you have experience working at a fast pace and have an excellent eye for detail? This opportunity is a B2B Hub Manager role with a difference!
Key responsibilities for a B2B Hub Manager:
- Ensure that tasks relating to business to business (B2B) orders are completed to the required standards & timescales
- Be our point of contact for our clients who have requested B2B orders by providing updates & timescales as required
- Work with our deep storage & Hub Managers to ensure the correct quantities/batches of stock are available within the right location to ensure you can prepare the requested B2B orders
- Provide quotations
- Read & action outgoing orders as per the end consumers requirements
- Plan your own workload
- Ensuring all process is adhered to and paperwork completed
- Communicate clearly between sites and departments
Requirements
Experience and skills needed for a B2B Hub Manager:
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you can think on your own, are organized, and willing to take on some responsibility.
- You need to be hands-on
- Be an excellent communicator
- System knowledge - Good knowledge of our manual order process, ensuring manual orders are placed & completed off within the right timescales.
- Attention to detail - Have the ability to read & action outgoing orders as per the end consumers requirements.
