The Opportunity:

OpenText is looking for a strong candidate to be part of a diverse team responsible for the technical solution delivery of the SuccessFactors (HR System of Record) including integration to other applications such as SAP S/4 ERP, payroll and benefits applications, and legacy systems from acquisitions.

This individual will report to the Director, IT- HR & Comp and Learning Management Systems (LMS) and be able to effectively interact with the business partners and technical and operational resources. This candidate will be an integral part of information systems development and integration for the OpenText IT Enterprise Applications organization. 

 

You Are Great At:

  • Lead the technical design of HR & Compensation application solutions that impact cross-application functionalities including but not limited to M&A mass onboarding of acquisition employees and entities, integrations with other legacy HR, financial, and payroll applications, etc.
  • Support M&A activity to accelerate the planning and consolidation of core capabilities and applications such as employee migration, payroll, and benefit harmonization.
  • Participate and lead Blueprint and design workshops with Business and IT Leads. Act in a senior role to translate functional requirements to technical requirements and communicate to the process teams the technical capabilities of the selected solution.
  • Responsible for transitioning solutions from a project delivery to an operational model coordinating with the IT Ent Apps Operations Team Lead.
  • Evaluate new systems and coordinate with the Solution Architect to formulate detailed plans to add new systems to the existing core infrastructure.
  • Enforce enterprise IT policies, procedures, and compliance within the HR IT work structure.
  • Create and maintain supporting technical documents pertaining to the platform and process.

 

What It Takes:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 8 years experience with the SuccessFactors suite and other HCM systems (including but not limited to EC, RCM, RMK, ONB 2.0, PMGM, Compensation, and Analytics)
  • Experience with full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Strong understanding of HR and (Learning Management Systems) LMS specific business processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, IIS, and Microsoft SQL server is nice to have.
  • Experience with working on learning applications is a strong plus 
  • Self-starter that can work effectively as part of a team or individual contributor.
  • Strong skills, including analytical thinking, problem-solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Vous êtes excellent pour:

  • Diriger la conception technique des solutions d'applications RH et de rémunération qui ont un impact sur les fonctionnalités inter-applications, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, l'intégration massive des fusions et acquisitions des employés et des entités, les intégrations avec d'autres applications rh, financières et de paie héritées, etc.
  • Soutenir les activités de fusions et acquisitions afin d'accélérer la planification et la consolidation des capacités et des applications de base telles que la migration des employés, la paie et l'harmonisation des avantages sociaux.
  • Participer et diriger des ateliers sur le plan directeur et la conception avec les responsables des affaires et de la TI. Agir dans un rôle de direction pour traduire les exigences fonctionnelles en exigences techniques et communiquer aux équipes de processus les capacités techniques de la solution sélectionnée.
  • Responsable de la transition des solutions d'une livraison de projet à un modèle opérationnel coordonnant avec le chef d'équipe des opérations d'IT Ent Apps.
  • Évaluer les nouveaux systèmes et coordonner avec l'architecte de solutions pour formuler des plans détaillés visant à ajouter de nouveaux systèmes à l'infrastructure de base existante.
  • Appliquer les politiques, les procédures et la conformité informatiques de l'entreprise au sein de la structure de travail informatique des RH.
  • Créer et maintenir des documents techniques à l'appui relatifs à la plate-forme et au processus.  


    Ce qu'il faut:
  • Baccalauréat ou l'équivalent dans une discipline pertinente
  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience avec la suite SuccessFactors et d'autres systèmes HCM (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, EC, RCM, RMK, ONB 2.0, PMGM, Compensation et Analytics)
  • Expérience avec les implémentations de cycle complet (de bout en bout) de SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Solide compréhension des rh et des processus opérationnels propres au SMC (systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage)
  • La connaissance de Microsoft Visual Studio, IIS et Microsoft SQL Server est agréable à avoir.
  • L'expérience de travail sur les applications d'apprentissage est un atout important
  • Self-starter qui peut travailler efficacement dans le cadre d'une équipe ou d'un contributeur individuel.
  • Solides compétences, y compris la pensée analytique, la résolution de problèmes et des compétences supérieures en communication, en présentation et en relations interpersonnelles  _Re
