Dentons is recruiting a Change and Training Analyst to support the implementation of the Firmwide Finance Transformation (FFT) Programme for the UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) region
The FFT Programme is designed to transform Dentons’ finance function into the business partnering function of the future, across multiple geographic regions and offices. This will be achieved by rolling out a new practice management system (Elite 3E) integrated with ancillary solutions, aligned with new processes, ways of working whilst also maintaining the necessary compliance and controls.
This position will report to the UKIME Change, Communications & Training Lead and will work with the regional implementation workstreams. The Change and Training Analyst will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring the transformative change is effectively managed through the implementation of strategies to accelerate adoption and manage the impacts of the programme on the region’s staff and Partners.
The Change and Training Analyst will be involved in a wide range of change management and training aspects including change impact analysis, training logistics, communication, stakeholder management/engagement, business readiness and post deployment support.
