We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Senior Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of strategies to attract and recruit talent for the entire company.
The position will communicate our strong employer brand to attract the right candidates, proactively build applicant pipelines to meet current and future needs, and strategically source potential hires from diverse backgrounds. This position reports to the Director of Global Talent Management and will be based at AP headquarters in New York, NY. The position will be working in the office on a hybrid basis of two days per week, plus one full week each quarter.
This Senior Recruiter will be hired with a 6 month fixed term agreement with the possibility of renewal or conversion to a permanent agreement in 2025.
Scope of duties:
-Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on the organization’s needs and industry best practices.
-Assess trends and leverages knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies. Effectively navigate and determine alternative options for challenging situations/positions.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to screen candidate resumes and select qualified candidates.
-Coordinate with hiring teams to organize and schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of interviews and other hiring and selection materials and processes to foster a positive candidate experience.
-Partner with hiring and HR managers on employment offer process, including creating and executing offers that include position and salary details, start dates, and benefits information.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000, based on experience and other job-related factors. Employees are eligible to participate, according to the terms of the official plan documents, in a 401(k) plan, employer sponsored health insurance plan, and paid time off including vacation and holidays.
