We are seeking a Digital Manager to join our mission and be part of a Brand and Marketing team focused on making a difference.
This is a newly created role to lead on the design and development of digital experiences for our Employer audience across public channels, partnering with Brand & Marketing, UK Customer, and Operations teams. Develop strategies and plans that deliver key customer and commercial outcomes, orchestrate the design and delivery of engaging digital marketing activity, leading flexible teams of Digital Marketing’s specialists.
The Digital Manager defines and owns the digital marketing vision for a specific audience, developing a deep understanding of the business strategy and delivering a roadmap of change to support business goals. Be an inspiring strategic and digital marketing thought-leader and change-maker who can translates our Marketing strategy objectives into a programme of work that supports our digital transformation agenda and commercial objectives whilst being the custodian of the digital customer experience.
