As Transformation Platform Manager you will support the Head of Transformation Service Delivery by leading the activity to develop and support a best in class transformation platform to support improved collaboration, single sources of information to support change execution and transparency of delivery of business outcomes.
About the role
- Support the Head of Transformation Service Delivery in the development and implementation of the Transformation Platform strategy
- Harness the business and change teams knowledge of business processes, business strategy, planning and execution and delivery to create a repository of information
- Create best practice and standards to improve collaboration
- Helps develop best practice for change execution and change practitioners Provide data which supports our performance against a defined set of KPIs
- Develop insight and identify areas of improvement for change execution whilst working with others across Transformation.
- Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Transformation Platform
About you
- Strong understanding of knowledge collation, data management and how to use effectively
- Experience in change management
- Experience in process mapping and definition
- Experience in improving collaboration and team performance
- Strong understanding of risk management, control & assurance frameworks
- Ability to stay up to date on wider change management industry trends and technologies which will enhance our transformation platform
