We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Functional Marketing Consultant to join our team in our London office. As a D365 Functional Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimisation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform for marketing processes.
You will work closely with key stakeholders and teams across Marketing Automation, Data, Development, Architecture, Solution Design, and IT functions to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive marketing campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of marketing processes and strong technical proficiency in D365 Marketing functionality.

About the role
- To improve processes and operational efficiencies on Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting any technical/data challenges.
- Mentoring and helping upskill other members of the team as we migrate over to the new platform, documenting processes and best practice methodology.
- Help us build out multi-channel, automated and personalised journeys, and triggers.
- Work closely with CRM solutions Lead as we integrate with other Microsoft 365 suites.
- Collaborate with IT and Marketing team to suggest improvements to overall CRM channels.
- Work with other stakeholders on the data integration project, planned for 2024.
- Willing to contribute to our long and short-term marketing strategy, putting forward recommendations and solutions.
About you
- Strong/excellent experience using Microsoft 365 Marketing.
- Ideally had previous experience in other 365 packages and system integration/migrations.
- Strong background in CRM and marketing cloud solutions, ideally with financial services experience but not beneficial.
- Data-driven, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on, good communicator, team-player.
