Quality Assurance Officer - Ambergate (hybrid) - £33,132 to £38,997

As the Quality Assurance Officer, you are responsible for ensuring training content complies with all branding, Governance, and company policies. You will also be responsible for the coordination of quality assurance relating to technical training course content.

 

You will support and manage an allocated portfolio of technical training products, coordinator with SME's to review learning plans, detailed course outlines and leaning content while also completing regular auditing of technical intervention.

 

The quality of learning that takes place across National Gas is something we pride ourselves on, you will ensure and obtain stakeholder approve of content to ensure new learning solutions align to our high standards. Alongside this, you will create exams and evaluations to assess how effective the training is tying into continuous improvement.

 

To ensure we are offering the best training we can we must stay in touch with the ever evolving market, this means you will actively research instructional best practices and new learning technology to ensure that effective learning methods are incorporate in our programmes.

 

You will suppose our Design and QA Lead with vendor relationship[s regarding the design and development of training products and coordinate client learning requests alongside the frequent monitoring of all design projects.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have experience  in a corporate learning and development environment, have experience in instructional design work  and it would be advantageous if you have had adult learning methodology experience.

 

You will have an understanding of how to utilise a blended learning approach with modern learning technology with a familiarity with HRMS's and LMS's such as SAP SuccessFactors. It would be advantageous if you had experience in digital authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
