The Senior Manager of Corporate Channel Management will assume a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and efficacy of our Distribution Sales Channel, leveraging extensive experience to shape and execute channel growth strategies. This seasoned professional will spearhead the refinement of policies, procedures, systems, and reporting, working collaboratively with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Business Units, and Finance to ensure seamless coordination and execution of our Corporate Channel Initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Standardize, collect, and analyze sales data to discern trends, capitalize on opportunities, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

- Develop and implement reporting formats, crafting dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Champion ongoing business evaluation, identifying and steering margin optimization activities.

 

Sales Process Optimization:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of key distribution programs and operational workflows.

- Assess and enhance system functionality across platforms.

- Lead cross-functional process enhancement and development initiatives.

 

Sales Support:

- Collaborate closely with Global Field Sales teams to identify and propel business development opportunities.

- Partner with marketing to formulate and implement strategies targeting the broad market through our Distribution partners.

- Develop a corporate strategy and process to ensure the availability of Qorvo solutions within the Distribution Channel (Asset Management).

 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Foster collaboration with Operations, Finance, Business Units, Legal and other departments to identify, align and optimize business process workflows and system functionality to support margin      optimization and profitable channel growth.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

- 10+ years relevant experience

- Proven and extensive experience in Corporate Distribution Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Demand Planning & Supply Chain within the Semiconductor industry.

- Demonstrated excellence in Data Analysis and modeling with expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, CRM & Pricing tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy.

- Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

- Demonstrated ability to influence change.
