Job Summary

This role supports the development and maintenance of company's consolidated budget/forecast as well as corporate strategy. Develops and leads financial analysis. Works with senior management to develop and monitor corporate strategy. Supports budget development and consolidation process.

Provides analysis and presentation preparation in support of investment decisions going before Investment Review Committee. Reviews, updates and communicates cost of capital utilized for business and investment decisions. Identifies, screens and analyzes potential merger and acquisition opportunities. Prepares studies through reports on competitors, industry trends, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Associate Financial Analyst: A minimum of 0- 3+ years of financial or related experience is required. 

Financial Analyst: A minimum of 3+ years of financial or related experience is required. (Note:  A Master’s degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one full year).

Senior Financial Analyst: A minimum of 5+ years of financial or related experience is required. (Note:  A Master’s degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one full year).

Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:

-Excellent leadership; organizational; interpersonal; verbal and written communication, team work, analytical and customer focus skills.
-Requires ability to work under limited supervision and direction.
-Demonstrated expertise in consolidated financial planning and analysis; capital allocation; project financial analysis; M&A analysis; due diligence process; understanding of accounting, tax and financing principles.
-Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
-Aptitude for continuous learning.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (or will obtain a Bachelor's degree by June 2024) or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education.
