About the job and your team

The inventory control coordinator is responsible to complete physical inventory counts as required by company policy. Perform all duties to maintain inventories of finished goods, semi-finished work in process and reworked material assisting in the receiving and shipping department in logging all incoming inventory purchases.

This is a full-time hourly position.  Normal hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00p.m., 40 hours per week

You will work on

• Manage regular interval inventories of each process
• Analyzing and resolving any inventory issues.
• Compare the actual stock inventory against the office records to ensure that all counts are as accurate as possible
• Reconcile the inventory records for a complete and accurate count.
• Maintain and achieve 100% inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and report discrepancies
• Escalate systematic issues to full resolution
• Inventory training support
• Communicate and coordinate with designated parties internally to determine timing of inventories
• Prepare any range of special or periodic reports relating to departmental activity
• Prepare and reconcile all daily cycle count processes and prepare reports within timeframe.

Your qualifications and skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft office Products)
• Strong data entry
• Passing Forklift exam based on internal requirements
• Strong Mathematics Skills
• Basic knowledge of Inventory Procedures
• Excellent Attention to Detail

You would also ideally have

• Some college, No Degree or Associates Degree Preferred
• Cross functional into packing area
• AX Dynamics Functionality
