PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Director of Finance and Business Operations, demonstrates strong interpersonal and business skills and will be responsible for a variety of tasks; including but not limited to being the primary point of contact and expert user for analytical tools, assistant to our Agri-Finance Program and other business operational duties. Performs all job functions in a timely and accurate manner to increase customer satisfaction and maintain the reputation and profitability of the organization.

Assistant to our Agri-Finance Program:
Accounting Duties:
Establish and maintain the professional image of the office
Pays close attention to detail, prioritizes work daily and displays organizational skills to keep up with the continuously changing demands and development of this role.
Performs all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Agri Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Demonstrates ability to problem-solve and multi-task in an intense, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers
Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with account reconciliations and accounts payable processing
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Ability to work seasonal hours over 55 hours/week, ability to work Saturdays on a flexible schedule
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
