Hiring Manager: Director of Recruiting

Remote: Located in the Mountain or Pacific US time zone required 

Compensation: $50,000 -  $60,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do: 

Huntress seeks a coordinator to join our recruiting team and work alongside our recruiters to assist with scheduling interviews, managing employment offers, providing administrative support to our department, and working on projects as needed. You’ll work closely with our senior coordinator, recruiters, and hiring teams to provide an outstanding experience for our candidates, help maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS), maintain internal folders and documentation, assist with offer letters, and coordinate interviews.  

Don’t let the short list of tasks fool you; you’ll be instrumental in helping Huntress achieve our lofty hiring goals, provide a world-class experience for our candidates as they interview with us, assist with projects in diversity, inclusion, and BElonging while working alongside a high performing recruitment team. This role comes with high visibility throughout the organization, where you will contribute meaningfully to our growth and culture. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams while handling multiple calendars in various time zones
  • Maintain data integrity within our ATS system (Greenhouse)
  • Build and send offer packages to candidates, launch and monitor background checks
  • Add, track, and complete tasks utilizing the Monday.com work management board
  • Update, edit, and improve information posted on our employment branding and job boards
  • Assist with projects for our employment branding initiatives, (DEIB) diversity and inclusion tasks, and other projects throughout the year
  • Assist with recruiting metrics and report-building

What You Bring To The Team:  

  • One or more years experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment - such as recruiting/HR, hospitality, restaurants, administration, or customer service
  • Strong time management skills: able to prioritize and manage multiple requests
  • A passion for organization, process improvement, and providing top-notch service 
  • Proficient in working with a variety of software, such as databases, applicant systems, CRMs, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft’s suite of tools
  • The ability to treat confidential information with the utmost respect
