What You’ll Do:

 

The Manager, Enterprise Solutions is responsible for leading the business analysts in supporting the implementation of D365 Finance and Operations including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and user training. This position will work closely with the technical team to ensure best practice solution design for all customization requests and functional configuration.

 

  • Leading the BA team to guide design decisions for the D365 F&O implementation.
  • Gathering business requirements and evaluating system setup to ensure functionality.
  • Evaluate system processes for SOX compliance and best practice solutions.
  • Ensuring that testing of functional setup and custom developments has been thoroughly executed to meet all requirements without introducing bugs.
  • Working with end users for testing and training on system functionality for implementation, new developments, and upgrades.
  • Documentation of business requirements and design documents.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel as needed for testing events or go live.

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
  • Understanding of technical restrictions as they pertain to developing functional solution design within D365.
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
  • In-depth understanding of business processes related to finance and accounting.
  • Experience designing complex custom functionality in D365.
  • Experience with data conversions and integration techniques.
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expert planning and organizing, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Works well under stress with tight timelines for deliverables
  •  Experience with Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, a plus
  • 8+ years of technology experience with Microsoft ERP platforms, preferred
  • 3+ years of functional experience developing custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain, a plus
