As a Realtor, you will be the intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the entire real estate process. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties for the best terms and prices
- Understand and evaluate clients' desires and financial capabilities to suggest suitable solutions
- Promote property sales through effective advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings of available properties
- Prepare necessary paperwork for contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, and other transactions
Requirements

- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
