As a Realtor, you will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
- Evaluate clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property options

- Mediate negotiations between sellers and buyers to ensure fair and transparent transactions
- Stay informed about legal guidelines, market rates, property specifications, and availability
Requirements

- Trustworthy and friendly with a results-driven mindset
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

- Strong listening and communication skills to understand clients' needs
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years old or above
