Traveling Area Sales Manager at Clicklease

Compensation: $120,000+ OTE (based on performance)
Modality: Remote
Travel Requirement: Up to 75%  (Managing areas in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and New Mexico)
Location: Houston, Austin, or San Antonio areas
FLSA Exemption: Exempt

What you'll be doing: 

  • Establish or re-establish relationships with partners in your designated territory – including potential partners 

  • Communicate and articulate the company’s value proposition with the goal of meeting and exceeding sales goals 

  • Communicate effectively with internal team members to ensure successful onboarding of new relationships and the success of new accounts. 

  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to groups of people as needed (both virtually and in person). 

  • Develop strategies and programs to promote increased sales for existing vendors which will result in added financing volume for Clicklease. 

  • Effectively use available resources to better understand the Partner's industry and business. 

  • Keep management informed about geographic and market opportunities. 

  • Diligently use CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate notes. 

  • Travel for in-person meetings – up to 75%

What you have: 

  • 2+ years' relevant experience in B2B/B2C sales. 

  • Engaging and personable; able to partner with client and stakeholders to develop influential relationships. 

  • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment, build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and work independently with limited supervision. 

  • Thinks Critically - ability to understand our business and its evolving needs. 

  • Strong time management and organizational experience. 

  • Flexible - readily adjusts strategy and tactics to meet evolving needs of our partners. 

  • Drives for Results - highly productive while supporting a calm, fun loving, and always professional demeanor. 

  • Consistently brings an engaged, positive attitude and likes to WIN!

What will make you stand out: 

  • 5+ years' relevant experience in B2B/B2C sales. 

  • Technologically savvy and experienced with CRM software. 

  • Retail or wholesale industry experience preferred. Equipment finance a plus.
