£12.00 - £13.00 per hour
Working hours: 15:00 - 23:00 Friday, Saturday & Sunday

HealthHero is a leading digital healthcare provider, revolutionising the way people access and receive healthcare services. As a Customer Service Operator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
• Book appointments and provide support to patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
• Process prescriptions, referral letters, and other health documentation

Requirements

About You:

• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in customer service or call centre roles is a plus
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
