Who are we looking for ?
We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition leader who can comprehend the talent acquisition strategy to attract the top talent from all over the globe. You also need to lead , mentor and direct the Talent Acquisition team in overall planning and implementation of the hiring process.
Roles and responsibilities:
· Creating and implementing strategies for acquiring sustainable talent in VAP GROUP.
· Enhancing the employer brand of the company.
· Profound in utilizing all the recruitment tools with full efficiency.
· Ensuring that the TA Executives are sourcing and screening candidates with advanced methods.
· Conducting interviews with the shortlisted talents and making sure that the candidate are upto the company standards.
· Ensuring background checks on potential hires and new hires.
· Ensuring for bottlenecks in the hiring procedure.
· Follow KPIs and indicators for hiring and making sure that the teams are following the same as well.
· Feedbacks and trainings to their TA Team members on regular periods.
· Providing the best experience to candidate and employee.
· Supervise the members of the recruitment team.
· KPI reports should be created and presented to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
· 10+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition Lead or TA Director
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of trends and strategies for employer branding
· Knowledge of the complete recruitment process and its methods
· Experience in Recruitment Marketing Tools
· Knowledge of the Human Resources laws and regulations
