Requirements
Roles and responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and training programs.
- Handle legal disputes, including coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Contribute to the development and review of company policies to ensure legal compliance and ethical business practices.
