Requirements
As an embedded recruiter for a key business within our Life Sciences group, you’ll immediately be encouraged to share and implement your ideas. And, whenever you need it, you’ll benefit from the support and guidance of TTP’s Recruitment Team.
This is a whole life-cycle talent acquisition role that will provide opportunities to develop your full repertoire of skills from creative advertising through to headhunting, interviewing, and delivering verbal job offers as well as managing stakeholders and scheduling interviews into busy diaries. It’s a role that will regularly lean on your ability to understand complex technical markets and communicate these in a meaningful way to prospective employees, with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience at all stages.
The goal is to grow the business significantly - so you’ll need to be able to demonstrate experience of being highly organised, strategic, and resilient in a fast-paced environment in previous recruitment roles, ideally from the Life Science sector.
